Using the Usui Method of Natural Healing, a full Reiki session helps to clear and reopen chakras and "stuck" energy, rebalancing the flow of universal life force around the body, and placing it in harmony with the mind, & spirit.  When this happens, the internal guidance system that governs the body’s resources and allows it to heal itself and function properly is strengthened, and more conducive to healing.
